Dos and Don’ts Selecting and Wearing High Heels

Undeniable, our figure and the way we walk look strapping when we are wearing high heels. But, we often neglect our comfort and health factors in order to look slender on high heels. You should stand in pride, but it doesn’t mean you should hurt yourself, does it? ^_^

Shoe Types
According to Dr. Elizabeth R. Vaughan from Virginia, America, ladies who wear high heeled shoes and live in tropical countries, better to choose peep toes shoes. Peep toes let your foot breathes and keep the blood circulation runs well.

But, if you live in cold countries, better to choose enclosed shoes or shoes which have straps accent. These straps can prevent your foot sprain.

Foot Shape
Choosing high heeled shoes are not only noticed the heel types, but you should also consider your foot types.  If your feet are large and similar to square, should avoid choosing shoes with pointed toes even though you like it.

Types and Heel Types
Generally, ladies prefer to love stiletto, but, if you are a plus sized woman, you should pick a platform type, or thicker, to look proportional with your body figure.

Tips:
* If you plan to wear high heels, make sure you are not attending a standing party.
* If you are not used to wear high heels, you should try them to walk around your house or try them for about 15-30 minutes.
* When you are walking on high heeled shoes, lift your foot so that the heel is not touching ground. Remember, you don’t need to walk widely just like when you are walking on sneakers. This will make you fall down or sprain your ankle.
* When you feel high heels hurt your feet, put off your shoes as soon as possible, or sit, or have a rest. Love your feet. You only have a pair and they are irreplaceable
